why does every single fucking forum have to have political boards?? the main reason for the site is to talk about hacking/modding so why include other shit? i've never understood that.

@LukeAlmighty buy a really cheap guitar, doesn't matter how good it sounds (unless you already own one). You're gonna want to learn all of the parts of the guitar first. Then the names of all the strings in standard tuning (EADGBE, a good way to remember is "Elvis ate drugs good bye Elvis) and how to tune them (there is an easy trick where you only need to know how one of the strings sounds when tuned to get the rest of them right that any YouTuber will probably teach you).

Once you get all of this down and committed to memory, THEN you can start learning proper hand placement, how to hold a guitar pick, strumming patterns, and then finally how to play tabs.

It's important to start with a strong foundation and then build it up.

When I was a kid I got a gba sp, but actually lost it alongside my Pokémon emerald cart that was inside of it.

My parents ended up buying me another one with another copy of the game because none of us could find it and it had been months since it had gone missing. I wasn't allowed to take it to school or anything so maybe it had gotten lost at a park somewhere or slipped out of the car somehow, but I was pretty confident that the last time I saw it was at the house.

Well fast forward several months after that and for some reason I was lying down underneath the recliner on the floor and a little glint caught my eye. I reached my hand in to see what it was and lo and behold, it was my Gameboy, which had sunk underneath the couch from between the cushions. Kid me immediately started bawling his eyes out with the realization that all of those Pokémon I had in my original copy were all still there, like being reunited with a bunch of old friends.

The gba has this massive scar on it from where it kind of got crushed in the couch's reclining mechanism to remind me of that moment and I still have both the original copy of the game and that sp. Don't have the original save unfortunately, I think it's been overwritten a few times with different playthroughs at this point but that's alright.

The newer Gameboy was given to my brother and I have no idea what he did with it.

Holy shit TotK keeps wowing me. I got to another part of the game where I was just like OH SHIT! The funny thing is that a couple days ago I saw someone actually complaining that what I found wasn't in the game. It's there alright, and it's crazy.

And then after that three more things happened that caught me completely off guard but had me super excited. I seriously cannot sing this game's praise enough. It's so damn good.

there are already some pretty interesting mods for tears of the kingdom coming out. hopefully everything gets updated on the homebrew side soon so i can start using them :)
