@xianc78 hey who knows, hollywood is kind of imploding right now xD maybe a similar thing will happen as what did to the video game industry, and honestly what will likely happen again, with a decent-sized crash and something really good rising from the ashes.
@LukeAlmighty @realcaseyrollins my caffeine consumption is probably lower than 95% of fedi lol my brain is just fucked
my version of an "energy drink" is just a mtn dew kickstart which has less caffeine than 2 normal cans xD
@xianc78 won't go see it or Oppenheimer personally. The next movie I watch in theater will likely be sonic 3 xD
@realcaseyrollins @LukeAlmighty in my case, not going to bed when I'm tired puts me at seizure risk and I also can sometimes get to the point where I'm so tired I can't even exist anymore, I'm like a husk doing nothing. If I make it through that stage though I usually feel awake again.
@LukeAlmighty YUP
@matrix youtubers be like "just use this shitty therapy app it'll make it all better, yeah pay out the ass for it and I'll get more money too."
@ForbiddenDreamer she knows exactly what black is because that's all she can see
@sumire_uesaka me after I perform
@caekislove @sjw depends on what you're doing. I think in a lot of cases, the hard part about being a ceo is just making decisions, not doing what one would traditionally call "work." it takes a lot of work for a ceo to get to that position, but once they're there it's like "hey you made it, congrats, now you barely have to do anything."
In smaller companies, a CEO is going to be doing a lot more work, but in that case it's likely that they aren't making 10x what the lowest paid employee does anyway. This thinking really only applies to bigger corporations.
