the people who have been paying artists this whole time are largely not the same people who like looking at AI art.
i think the main thing that AI art changes for artists is discoverability because it'll be harder to be noticed through the slop.

@arc @tomie yours doesn't look as much as ghibli as it does any old school anime and i think part of that comes down to the way the people look. they look more realistic than they would in a ghibli film.
