@Mr_NutterButter it's because they don't want to have to do anything, just let the US take care of it

@Flegel @teto i think they view this sort of thing way more as something of a mythology, just like how westerners would see stuff in shinto being all myth, or in modern times how we see greek and roman and norse religions as myths. then they take inspiration from the stories to help shape their own and draw parallels too. i really don't think it is redditor-tier atheism trying to pwn Christians or something like that.

@Flegel @teto nah, Silent Hill was doing all of that stuff back in '99. or you can look to something like "el shaddai ascension of the metatron" which released in 2011. it's just a completely different world over there man.

@xianc78 i will say that the reason for the enemies moving on screen is because some of the attacks, i think namely the ones you do with multiple party members, have actual hitboxes in like an AOE effect so you can actually hit several enemies at once with them if you time it right and attack the right one. the battle system is among the more unique of JRPGs. i just am not particularly fond of it lol.

@Shlomo @catmanmancat sounds a lot like what happened in Hawaii recently. Literally blocking off roads to keep people from escaping. The wrong people are dying, let's just put it that way.

Over a year later and this still unironically slaps. This is how you utilize AI as a musician.
