There are some things I could do to make my game better. There will always be. I needed to get it done, though. I could have added lighting, swapped out the battle system for something more unique (though that wasn't necessarily the goal), swapped out the tileset graphics (which would have been easier at the very start but no packs were available back then and I didn't want to pay for custom tiles), and made more quest lines that linked into each other (which was planned but scrapped). At a certain point I realized I needed to just get it done though. I've got other stuff I want to make and there are people who have been wanting to see the game come out for a long time!

@Ronnie21093 sims will just chill at your house as long as they feel like it unless you tell them to leave. I've had random sims come over and just hang out for like 2 days, piss themselves, and then pass out on the floor.
