I think I agree with you actually … and the fact is, America is still in decent shape, especially compared to the rest of the world. Revolutions are not good things. The most moral side is rarely the victor. (If Booth didn’t kill off Lincoln, we would have been headed towards a tyranny .. Lincoln was before term limits).
Most Americas do not want the state to collapse. Especially any Christian who has done any mission work.
I consider them like mutually assured destruction on a personal scale,
Yes. True. but it scales up…
it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government
In a time with no globalism and where the colonies were sustaining themselves, the much smaller intrusion was enough that the rich/influential cult leaders got enough people to take up arms for glory and freedom.
There is a lot more to lose now, but we’ve also gained a lot … we are no where near the tipping point … but when that happens, armed people will create and defend communities to survive … and by communities I do mean warlords and terrible situations.
You don’t really ever want a revolution, but you should be prepared for when one comes.
It's insane what kind of magic can some game devs do, while gigantic game studios are unable to release a game, that runs at all....
"Family values" are bullshit. And I'm not talking about valuing family. I'm talking about values that everyone in a family is supposed to all share.
Why should I share the same ideology as everyone else in my family. It doesn't make sense. It also prevents people from doing certain things because it "goes against their family values". It's just honor culture bullshit.
Here are some stories that have been buried under the rug while everyone is talking about the OceanGate thing.
Yeah. I think the whole OceanGate thing was fake. Those people faked their deaths to create a distraction.
Maybe the whole submarine incident was an intentional distraction from this.
