beat the secret ending boss in touhou luna nights. holy shit that was balls difficult man. definitely bordering on unfair territory imo. that whole secret segment of the game was brutal. the final room was impossible if you didn't bait out all the enemies one by one.
if you're looking for a hard 2d platformer, that's one to go for. good luck!

@Mr_NutterButter that's pretty much every tech company. there was a massive (artificial) boom and they all just sort of splurged to try and make a quick buck and now they're going to face the consequences of such. people do not have money to throw around to buy subpar games when there is other good shit they can play. even f2p has come a long way.

There was a time when a boycot of Hachette, HarperCollins, Penguin Random House, and Wiley, would have seemed impossible. But we live in an internet age.
I spent most of my career around publishing. They like to see themselves as innovative custodians of knowledge, but they're not. Instead they're an industry of legal departments that happens to produce a few books, and their gravy train has been shunted into a siding.
Don't buy your information from them. It's all available elsewhere now.

@xianc78 @dick actually yes, I see kids wearing minecraft shirts all the time. They will probably eat it up even though it's going to be complete slop. I'm sure for many of them it will be the point they realize that bad movies exist, kind of like how you hit a certain point where you realize bad games exist as a kid. You go from playing licensed movie game slop and loving the hell out of it to one day realizing what they are once you have had enough experience.
