@Mr_NutterButter @LukeAlmighty now, i don't want to be a doomer or anything, but anything external can always change. if you can ride that motivation then that's great, anything to get you going you know? but ultimately you have to want to do it for yourself and for your health.

@Mr_NutterButter @LukeAlmighty I know I'm not who you asked but I can give some advice too.

if you're trying to lose weight, the easiest first thing to do is just stop drinking soda. I'm a relatively skinny dude and not drinking soda alone cut out like 5-10 lbs pretty quickly.

Then you want to just make sure you're at a calorie deficit. It doesn't matter what you do at the gym or what you eat as long as you are burning more than you are consuming. The higher deficit you run, the more you'll lose, naturally. Cardio and calisthenics usually burns the most. Eating high protein and low calorie foods will make sure you don't feel hungry, but you do still want to make sure your body can function because you can't work out if you're dead. Smaller meals throughout the day instead of like, one big meal will be better.

Of course, if you're not actually going to the gym or going on walks/runs consistently then none of this will matter. So it might be good to get into the rhythm of that first and just ease yourself into it. Just start doing it and don't stop, even if it is inconvenient or you really don't want to do it one day. You gotta just force yourself and focus.

If you have anyone that you can work out with, that's also a huge help. It's way easier to do it with someone because you get the social aspect in there and you can both motivate each other and hold each other accountable.

@PanzerTan you really should wear one though, I crashed a couple years ago pretty bad and if I wasn't wearing my helmet I would have been so fucked. I have skid marks on the helmet.

new mouse is... interesting. as always i'm just going to have to get used to it. i think it might be a little bit big though and the button placement is just strange xD i really, really like my old one, but unfortunately they are no longer sold and the one i have has had issues with the left and right mouse buttons for a very long time.

i was looking at the asus rog spatha x, but it's pretty expensive. it looks pretty perfect though so maybe i'll end up getting it eventually. just kind of needed something else that actually worked in the meantime you know? xD
